"Very professional and friendly guys! They had an issue with a guy not being available at the last minute, which cause them to be an hour or so later than my move window. They made up for the time in speed though. No damage and very polite and helpful. I would definitely use them again."

"They were slow, rude and unprofessional. They broke furniture apart to bring it out of the apartment and left pieces that they disassembled strewn around the old apartment, leaving it for us to find and move on our own. Would not recommend."

"We had a fantastic experience with S&D for our move from Philly to Jersey City! Our movers arrived within the time window and texted before they arrived with an ETA. We paid for packing, and they packed everything quickly and securely. After the drive to Jersey City, they unloaded the truck and helped us organize the boxes a bit, which was very helpful (especially since we didn't pay for unpacking). In total, including the drive (over 1.5 hours), the move took about 6 hours, which was much quicker than I could have ever imagined! Kumar and his team were friendly and professional. I highly recommend S&D."

"While the movers were all very nice, we had a number of issues with the move itself. The truck was delayed getting to our apartment, which contributed to us being late getting out of the apartment. Then, before they could even leave to go to our new apartment their truck broke down. We had to wait for another truck to come from the Bronx so they could transfer all of our belongings over to finally complete the move. On top of that, a number of items were either broken or damaged."

"S & D moving company were fantastic- they arrived in their window- got right to work- wrapped all my furniture and had an organized system to get things done. They never entered our apt without us and asked where every last box should go. They were professional the whole time and never had any down time- never on their phones or stopping for a brake or anything- I would highly highly recommend them and appreciated all their help with my move. You won't make a mistake booking them !!"

"S & D Moving Co. was extremely unprofessional. Approximately an hour into the move, the driver of S & D Moving Co. backed the moving truck into my vehicle parked on the side of the road. When the irresponsible driver was approached by both me and my girlfriend who witnessed the event from the inside of the apartment, he and the other movers denied all accusations. Their story about where they were at the time of the incident changed numerous times as I continued to question them. The damaged bumper had a major indentation and undisputedly resembled the piece of the truck lift that impacted my car."

"George and his crew from S&D Moving Co. were by far the most efficient and professional movers I've ever dealt with. They packaged everything perfectly to prevent damage and moved our big couch out of the apartment door in 30 seconds, whereas the previous movers that moved that couch took over 15 minutes. We encountered a delay in freight elevator access during the move and instead of wasting time, George and his crew prepped everything in our apartment and assembled it all in a neat line right by the elevator so that it could all be moved as quickly as possible. I could not recommend S&D Moving Co. highly enough - I will personally be using them again in the future."
