"The movers showed up 5 hours late to my move-in window. It was extremely frustrating as I had to be in two places at once when they were finally able to show up. If you book with them, be sure to keep you're entire day open. The move itself was seamless and the movers were very professional. However, its hard to ignore the lack of communication and punctuality."
