2020-11-20"Movers were timely on arrival and had the truck packed rather quickly. Social distance was not always followed when it was required to show them furniture location or sign documents. The entire move took 5 hours which was reasonable given the distance. However, the movers refused to leave our home until we gave them a tip that matched what they thought they deserved. They demanded we pay $10/hour per person for a total of $100. If that is the expectation on tipping then it should be somewhere in the Unpakt FAQ since we did not have enough cash on hand to meet their expectations causing them to aggressively demand more money and refuse to leave."
