2018-05-25"There was a mixup with the order form that I had paid for and what the foreman had printed. They said they never received my updated order form. I looked at what they had and it had a print date of May 7th yet he said he printed it that morning. Carlos was very unprofessional when I was on the phone with Unpakt’s customer services. Also when he brought his toolbox into my house to disassemble my bed all I could smell was weed. Dude atleast leave it in your truck. Everything they moved in was fine. The staff at Luna’s just needs to work on their customer service."
