"I did not feel like the 3 men who moved my furniture were very careful. The couch was wrapped very carelessly and was left with stains after it was done. My mattress was not wrapped prior to the move and the cover I had on it was ripped. They also did not ask me where I wanted all my belongings placed they just put them down. Overall I felt like they got the job done but they didn’t care at all about how it got done. Would not use this company again."

"LIFT NYC movers were the best! 3 people came not only on time, but 40 minutes early. The storage facility wasn't even open yet!! They let me know and waited patiently until I arrived for our 9am start. They worked so fast it was unbelievable, I had enough stuff for a 1 bedroom apartment (but the only furniture was a bed) and they moved it out and loaded the truck in 20 minutes. Then we made a second stop, they loaded so fast again I hadn't even reached the second location, my parents were there. They reached the destination and asked where to put the boxes, did everything nicely and efficiently. I loved working with them and would definitely hire them again, and recommend to all my friends."

"Lift movers was fast, organized, and extremely professional. They moved all of my stuff from Manhattan to Brooklyn in 2 hours. They were communicative before and during the move and there were no surprise fees at the end of service. The three movers they sent were very friendly and trustworthy. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to friends."

"My movers were a dream. Jose, Craig and James were professional, attentive and friendly. They did everything I asked and more. Moving is an extremely stressful process and they put me at ease from beginning to end. I threw a couple curve balls at them and they were happy to accommodate last minute changes. My building also unexpectedly had 4 broken elevators and they still got all my stuff out and on the road within a couple hours. Overall, I couldn't have been happier. I will definitely be using Lift for future moves!"
