2018-04-21"Movers showed up hours late, damaged hardwood floors, and a few items. The movers were apologetic and acknowledged their errors. That said, the actual quality of the move (wrapping items, moving items with care, etc.) was lacking."

2017-11-11"They were fast but scuffed my furniture in several places. They didn't wrap my mattress completely and got it dirty. I tried reaching them through chat but waited hours and no reply. Next day I was told to describe the damage in an email which I promptly did but no response so far... It's been almost a week."

2016-10-01"All three movers seemed to have little to no experience, but they were very friendly. Some of our furniture ended up with scratches (Dining room table, desk unit, chairs) and couch had few scuffs and tears."

2016-06-11"We were missing several items; lamp shade, white lamp, sound bar. Our leather couch was damaged and the feet on our dresser broke taking part of the wood bottom off as well. The 2 movers were very professional and worked very quickly. Overall a good experience, even given the missing items and damaged furniture. The movers did not have the 2nd address for pick up on file, but they still accommodated the 2nd pick up."
