2017-11-11"They were fast but scuffed my furniture in several places. They didn't wrap my mattress completely and got it dirty. I tried reaching them through chat but waited hours and no reply. Next day I was told to describe the damage in an email which I promptly did but no response so far... It's been almost a week."

2016-06-11"We were missing several items; lamp shade, white lamp, sound bar. Our leather couch was damaged and the feet on our dresser broke taking part of the wood bottom off as well. The 2 movers were very professional and worked very quickly. Overall a good experience, even given the missing items and damaged furniture. The movers did not have the 2nd address for pick up on file, but they still accommodated the 2nd pick up."
