"The movers showed up an hour late. There was a lack of motivation to complete the task. At one they argued amongst themselves to the point I almost intervened so we could get moved. Some damage at the departing house although not major. Broke a few items, minor damage. Dont worry about which direction the boxes indicate.!"

"The movers were late They were not prepared to pack & unpack I had to trasport them in my personal vehicle so they could purchase the necessary supplies I was ask by one of the movers to go and get him lunch because he was hungry They did not unpack (I paid for professional packing & unpacking) My home was a mess by the time they left and I had to spend the rest of my honeymoon unpacking They were not dressed or groomed professionally (one guy had his bare chest exposed and the other two wore dirty jeans and soilded tee shirts) My couch was left with a wet smelly stain that they could not explain"

"They were slated to show up between 8 and 10. They didn't arrive until 1120 after I had to call their dispatch twice. When they got to my unit they didn't know they were supposed to be packing and didn't bring enough boxes and paper. I ended up having to come back later and moving all of my clothes and a few other items. One of the movers was doing a lot more work then the other two. He would be working and they would disappear for 10 minutes. On a personal level they were great guys but as workers they weren't great. Their dispatch driver kept calling my phone to get in contact with them for some reason. The crew was not prepared for the move even after I tried to call them 2 weeks in advance and tell them. You at unpackt even sent them an email with me copied that they never responded to about making sure it would go smoothly and it didn't. They didn't know what was supposed to be apart of my inventory so they had to wing it with a lot of my stuff just to get it to the new place. I ordered this service because my wife is 31 weeks pregnant and I didn't want to have her doing any work so late in pregnancy but at the end of the day she did more because we had to go back and finish the move ourselves. The dispatch driver even asked if they could not move me out that day and come back Saturday and move me instead. Overall I was very disappointed with the company. I do feel like I should get some sort of refund because of the things I stated above."
