"Awful experience. Showed up late, understaffed, and terrible customer service. I paid for packing services for a 3br apt where two people showed up. To move things along I ended packing boxes myself and moved furniture on to the truck. The move lasted 12 hours and went until 1:30am. They were undetstaffed and hired some others to help, one of the movers told me he was a convicted felon and recent got out of jail. D-town movers broke a few items which I still have not received payment for after 4 months. I try to call or email every week with no success."

"The movers were great however, the scheduling issue needs to be addressed. Our move was scheduled to start between 8-10am. I made other appointments based on a start no later than 10. The movers did not show up until 10:30. This was an issue with the office not dispatching correctly based on customer pickup location."

"Jose and Kiki were great. Everything got back to me in one piece (I think, I'm still unpacking). I did receive an emailed contract from them with "shippers initials" on it and it was finalized saying that I received everything and accepted it all. I, however, never signed this, or even saw it. Other than that, I had a great experience."

"Movers without tools. I had to purchase tools (inexpensive but besides the point) for my bed disassembly. My complex is new and after verbally confirming with the driver to follow me he used the gps and went to the wrong location. My sectional was never unwrapped or setup and they arrived nearly 30 mins late. Requesting a discount."

"Miguel and team did well. Worked hard and were careful with our belongings and flexible with changes. The job was a bit bigger than D-Town estimated. I don't think unpacking was included in the alotted time, even though it was selected. I did add 2 refrigerators and an island, but a significant amount was unfinished even after 13 hours spent on a "10 hour" job"

"No direct interaction from the Movers until move day. The two guys who moved were very good, however, the office had not given them the correct instructions. Using the Unpakt app, we had ordered and paid for professional packing, however the moving crew were not told that and had no packing materials and boxes, despite paying for that in advance. One of the guys had to go buy some boxes and supplies while the other tried to prepare furniture, etc. No wardrobe boxes even though they were paid for too. There were not enough boxes so some stuff was put in between the clothing, etc. When we got to the new apartment, the office called and asked them Tory or just leave as they were taking too much time. To add insult D Town Movers sent me a bill which was higher than the amount paid to Unpakt for the move including the packing."
