"There were three movers. One of them was the driver and he immediately started complaining about the "large" boxes (from home depot) and was carrying them upside down to the truck. The other two movers were very professional and courteous and carried not only large boxes without a problem but would also stack up multiple boxes to carry at once. Clearly, the problem wasn't the boxes but the driver who then did nothing during the offloading process."

"We had had a great experience so far with them - they were kind and professional. Two small pieces of feedback: - It caught me by surprise is that they were not aware at all of the inventory that I have been working on through the Unpakt website. They didn't even seem to know what I was referring to. It wasn't a problem in the end because I explained what they need to take and what we need help with packing. - They couldn't find parking which is not surprising given that it's NYC but I'm not sure why they weren't prepared for this. They were asking us where they should park."
