"Unpacking service resulted in a random distribution of all our stuff in all the closets and cabinets throughout the new house. Books were stuffed in completely random positions on bookshelves resulting in torn off covers and bent pages. They lost some of the pegs the hold shelves on bookshelves up and instead of telling us and avoiding those shelves, they wedged stacks of books under the shelves to hold them up. After they left I found multiple full boxes stuffed in closets, and found that they had unpacked done of the king term storage boxes that they shouldn't have. They also broker some other furniture in the move and positioned it so that we wouldn't be able to tell until we started undoing their random unpacking."
