  • How Long Does It Take To Get Our Account Up and Running?

Our goal is to create your co-branded real estate page and unique URL within 5 business days. However, if you are in a hurry or need a quick turnaround, please let us know so we can queue your page accordingly.

  • We Have A Group of Agents To Enroll–Where Do We Start?

This is up to you. We can create a page for your group or your agents individually. Let us know how we can best cater to your needs and we will work with you.

  • How Do I Explain Unpakt To My Clients?

Unpakt’s site will take a lot of the burden off your clients with its comprehensive FAQ section and intuitive user interface. However, we will also supply you with a co-branded electronic brochure to help provide a basic overview of Unpakt and its benefits to your clients. In the simplest of terms, Unpakt is a marketplace to find, compare and book moving companies.

  • How Do I Get Paid?

Payment is issued monthly via check. You will receive a detailed statement for your records as well.

  • What Security Measures Are In Place?

Unpakt is hosted on secure, state-of-the-art, encrypted servers. We do not store billing information and all payments are managed through BrainTree (https://www.braintreepayments.com/). All data is managed over https with a 256bit SSL encryption and backed up regularly.

Referring Clients

  • How can we refer clients to Unpakt?

There are several ways to refer clients to Unpakt. We offer co-branded URLs, marketing collateral and anything else you may want to use to create referral business. Simply read more about our referral options or email us at AgentServices@unpakt.com for more information.

  • We Have A Relationship With A Moving Company Already. How Is Unpakt Different?

Instead of using a single moving company that may not have competitive pricing or protections in place, Unpakt allows you to coordinate and compare move details and movers to put together the perfect move. As a result, you can reduce the risk of referring a specific moving company and instead strive to provide the best moving experience–by referring Unpakt as a moving advocate rather than a moving company.

  • Are There Dedicated Support Services?

  • What Do Our clients Do About Changes or Cancellations?

Your clients can modify moves instantly, online. Modifications may result in reducing costs (for example, if you remove items from your move plan) or increasing costs (for example, if you add items to your move plan or change to a more “in demand” move day). Cancellations are subject to cancellation deadlines published.

  • Is Unpakt Available Everywhere?

We currently have movers in nearly every state and add new movers daily. We have a greater selection available in major metro areas but are actively working to increase our offerings around the country. If we don’t have a lot of movers in your area at present, rest assured we will soon! And if you have a specific moving company you would like to see included, let us know at AgentServices@Unpakt.com and we will reach out to them!

  • How Are Movers Chosen?

We have a careful and thorough vetting process that includes reviewing insurance, licenses and experience. We won’t put just any mover on our site meaning you are not subject to potential “bad movers”–protecting your reputation and ours too!

  • What If A Mover We Like Is Not Listed?

Let us know and we will work to make sure they are soon! In the meantime, we suggest you check out the movers available since they have already been vetted to ensure your best experience and protection.
